RETURNS ON TEA

We really hope you love your tea! 

In the event that your online order does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately at >>>>>>>>>>>.

To give your tea another chance, might we suggest the following:

1. Try it cold! Prepare it as an iced tea! The flavour profile will be different and you may enjoy it over ice or cold-brewed.

2. Add it to other beverages! Experiment with your tea in lemonades, juices and sparkling water. 

3. Bless someone else with it :) Give it away to someone else who might like it. Make their day!

Please note that as tea is a food product, we are unable to accept returns of any tea, for health and safety reasons.

 

RETURNS ON NON-TEA ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, jewelry and all promotional, sale and clearance items.

If you wish to return any other items from your order, please:

1. Contact us at soulteacompanycanada@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

2. We will get back to you within 7 business days. 

3. If your item is accepted as a viable return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order is incorrect or incomplete—please contact us within 30 days and we’ll find the best way to make it right. 

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your item is damaged in postal transit, please contact is immediately with photo evidence of the damage. We’ll find the best way to make it right.
