PEPPERMINT HERBAL TEA

Fragrant and fresh, mint was a popular, ancient herb in Biblical times, as it grew wildly across regions.  In the days of old, mint was used not only for its cleansing scent, but for its flavour additions to food and its many medicinal purposes.

Our "Fresh Mint" herbal tea is 100% peppermint leaves. Perfect for soothing the stomach, calming the soul and sipping as a latte! 

Ingredients: Peppermint leaves.

Gluten-free, nut-free, dairy free.

Tasting profile: Pungent, cool, fresh, menthol. 

Antioxidant level: Medium

Caffeine level: None.

Small batch blended and packaged in Canada.

Store in a cool, dark and dry place.

Steeping Instructions:

1. Bring filtered and/or fresh cold water to a full, rolling boil.
2. Put 1-2 full teaspoons of loose-leaf tea into a tea bag, infuser, cup or teapot, for each 8 oz./ 250 ml/ 1 cup of boiling water. 
3. Pour boiling water over tea.
4. Cover and let steep for 4 - 5 minutes according to taste. For stronger tea, increase the steeping time.
5. Strain tea leaves from water.
6. Add flavour enhancers as desired ( sweeteners, dairy, plant-based beverages, etc.)
7. Sip, savour and enjoy!
